Download the Generic Petition if you are going to public places where people will come from various jurisdictions. Remember, only one eight-city jurisdiction or county can be listed on any given petition. So you must use a different petition for each of the city/county jurisdictions.

Please print as many copies of the petition as you need. Copies are valid as long as they are on white paper.

How Our Petition Drive Works

Click on the INSTRUCTIONS link to download the 2-page Petition Instructions. Following these instructions PRECISELY is critical to the success of our efforts. DO NOT mix election jurisdictions on petitions.

Please print as many copies of the petition as you need. Copies are valid as long as they are on white paper.

If you are a registered voter in any of the eight (8) cities listed on the first drop-down menu above, choose your city and print your petition.

If you are a registered voter outside of the eight (8) cities noted above, find your county on the second drop-down menu, and print your petition.

Church Bulletins

Church Bulletin Referendum Notice — Announce your church petition drive day with this Word doc. Put in the date and send to your parish/church (preferably through email) in advance of when you want it to appear. Don’t forget to ask for a pulpit announcement for the day of the petition. (Download below document.)
